May is Public Servant Month at the Bucks County Zoo! All government, public safety and military personnel AND their families get 1/2 OFF general admission for the entire month of May. SPECIAL HOURS: Saturday, May 15th the zoo will be open 12 noon to 4 p.m. to celebrate Police Memorial and Armed Forces Day!

Jungle Joe and the Bucks County Zoo crew will be performing with Jack Hanna at Sesame Place tomorrow and Sunday. Show times for tomorrow are 12:00 p.m., 1:15 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Parade is at 2:00 p.m. Show times for Sunday are 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. The parade is at 4:00 p.m. Breakfast with Jack Hanna is at 9:15 a.m. on both days.
Jungle Joe attended the 2010 Inaugural Spring Gala for the Johnsville Centrifuge and Science Museum and got to meet featured guest Space Shuttle Astronaut James A. (Jim) Pawelczyk (Ph.D.). Dr. Pawelczyk served as a Payload Specialist aboard STS-90 in 1998. Jungle Joe won a silent auction prize for a day in Washington with Congressman Patrick Murphy and a tour of the US Capitol Building.
